Product Description

Graphene flexographic ESD inks, UGFL100 is a nontoxic water based, water soluble and adheres to a wide variety of substrates Bare Paint is black, Grey in color and can be over-painted with any material compatible with a water-based ink.

UGFL100 offers the advantages of printing on a variety of different materials paper and board, and printing with high speeds, while realising an appealing quality. The main applications are within the packaging industry such as labels, flexible packaging, corrugated, sacks, bags and folding cartons.

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Product should be stored between 5-25°C. UGFL100 should not be exposed to temperatures above 40°C.
Precautions: Non- flammable – use with adequate ventilation and suitable Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).

DRYING

UGFL100 can be cured with infrared or forced-air dryers. Using a blank or "blind" station at the end of the run will improve curing. Curing temperatures and times will change depending on the particular dryers used and run speed so users should experiment to determine the appropriate settings for their specific dryer, run speed, and substrate.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Please observe the precautionary notices displayed on the container. Use under well ventilated conditions. Do not breathe or inhale mist. Avoid skin contact. Spillage on the skin should immediately be removed with suitable cleanser, soap and water. Eyes should be well flushed with water and medical attention sought immediately.

When using solvents, extinguish all ignition sources and follow the manufacturer's precautions and directions for use.

Read the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and product labels before using the products. Keep product container closed when not in use to prevent spilling hazard
