The vacuum fan adopts two 1.5KW fans
imported from Taiwan, and the fan pipe adopts
high temperature resistant PVC pipe, which
increases the service life of the pipe and the
suction strength.

Double THK railway

The guide rail adopts the world
famous THK upper and lower double
guide rails. The belt type adopts four
guide rail sliders and the linear motor
type adopts five guide rail sliders to
ensure the stability of the carriage
running at high speed in the x-axis
direction. The maximum speed of the
linear motor type carriage can reach

liner motor and magnetic raster

Ricoh gen6 printer adopts linear motor
and magnetic raster.It is more precise
and durable than plastic and metal
gratings. The magnetic grating has the
characteristics of dirt resistance, dust
resistance and anti-interference. It is as
high-speed and punctual as the
Shanghai maglev train.

Printhead plate

For rows design:The printeris equipped with four rows of settings, which can meet the different needs of CMYK*3, cmyk+w+v, and even high-speed four CMYK*4, In the later
stage, customers only need to change the software and printhead installation position to complete the modification and upgrading.
