1.How could I get a sample?
Sample normaly is free of charge but the air express fee is usually paid by customer;Because your box is customized. So the sample of box charge is different . you need ask for my saler.Note:we will return back sample fee since you place the order in the future.
When a sample order is placed,plese also inform us of your account No.of courier company,such as DHL or Fedex,full name of company,address,zip code,contect person and Tel.
2.Could I get your company product price list?
Sure,please kindly tell us your requested details,such as size,thickness,color,weight g/m2,raw materials request,end application etc.Later we will offer you quotation at the first time.
3.OEM or Custom Order.Could we place order by

your factory?

4.Payment Terms;How do we arrange payment?
T/T:Telegraphic Transfer(wire transfer),30% down payment,balance upon before shipment or against copy bill of lading;
5.Lead Time:How soon we can get the shipment?
We will arrange production since the order and payment are /confirm/ied. we will take 7-10 days to arrange production and book shipping space in advance before goods is ready.
