Our Flexible exposure machine mainly divided into 3 types: 1.Manual lifting type flexible exposure machine, 2.Automatic lifting type flexible exposure machine and 3. Pneumatic lifting type flexible exposure machine. Exposure machine uses Philips UVA lamp, built-in automatic heat radiator, automatic timing, vacuum device functions. Manual lifting type machine is available to have solution of the light finisher and drying function (CK-LELFD) which can save space and cost for customers. In addition, due to UV will be have heat during exprosuring, users can choose option of ooled bed for long-term and larger quantity production.

Function : Exposure ,make use of vacuum platform to do back exposure ,main exposure and post-exposurePerformance:：1.Built-in frequency converter to protect the whole circuit system 2.Increase motor drive auxiliary rod to make the top cover lift smoothly 3.Adopt Philips UVA lamp. 4.Increase the cooling fan to better achieve automatic constant temperature and automatic heat dissipation. 5.Aluminum alloy plate is used as exposure bed to help heat dissipation and avoid heat accumulation. 6.exposure bed uses slotless exhaust gas, which has high vacuum efficiency. 7.The cooled bed is conveyed by copper pipe, which has high sealing performance and fast cooling speed.Max supports plate sizes : 3000x1320mm（52x118inch） Optional Function : cooled bed /LED UV exposure lamp
