Product Description
Solvent all in one Plate Making System specializes in providing a plate making equipment for users with small plate production and small size. This equipment integrates exposure, washing, light finisher and drying. Microcomputer central processing is convenient to operate. The maximum size of equipment can reach 1120 x 800 mm (31x44 inch), which is very suitable for label/tag and narrow web plate production. With the development of the market, the integrated machine has adapted to the needs of the market and upgraded to flexible production which is more suitable for good quality and high LPI plate
Function & Performance：
1.Philips UVA lamp is used to provide enough high UV-A light source for exposure needs, improve efficiency and increase lamp life.
2.Exposure unit built-in strong heat radiate system
3.High-quality professional abrasive vacuum suction foil, strong penetration, good air conduction effect
4.fast vacuum speed, making plate and film more seamless, and UVA reaches plate surface more evenly.
5.The brush is made of high quality nylon brush bristles with good elasticity. The high density brush bristles enhances cleanliness, improves speed of plate washing, reduces the time of plate stay in solvent, and protects high definition network and dots.
6.Solvent heating system is an independent intelligent water conduction heating system to prevent the danger of direct heating of solvents.
7.Philips UVC lamp is adopted in light finisher unit with barrier protection. The front panel and both sides are ventilated by shutters. After that, the exhaust fan is discharged to ensure ozone removal and make the machine and plate more durable.
8.Drying layer has good sealing, built-in strong fan, uniform thermal cycle temperature and fast drying speed.
