HOSON 4H mainboard setting.

We use four head setting board to use in 3 heads setting, there have one small board to replace. The board is stable.

Use 3 EPSi3200 U1 heads

.The configuration we support CMYK/W/V printing.

The EPSON head support 26-33 degree. We had test and print well, provide integrated inks and ICC.

Ink tank system

Semi-Automatic PET Bottle Blowing There have 8 tanks in machine, also the sticker help for mark.

Aluminum beam

Use the aluminum beam and high quality train. Could make machine a long time.

Ink switch

The inks switch system can cooperated the platform suction, UV lam, and machine power. More convenient.

Dual guide

There are two guide of machine platform for high accuracy printing.

Platform

We had ruler and holes in machine, can locate machine well and suck materials.

Machine movable

The platform can be control in software, also when printing it can automatically move too.
