Recently, the author learned that as one of the capital increase and production expansion projects at Qiaotou, the second phase of Lijia Industrial Park is in an orderly process. It is expected to be completed by the end of this year and put into use early next year. At that time, the first and second phases of the industrial park will echo each other and form a joint force, gather high-end innovative talents from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, focus on key technologies and innovative resources, and cooperate with Hong Kong and Macao industries in an all-round and in-depth way to become a comprehensive new industrial park with mixed functions of production, manufacturing, research and development, and trading and full of creativity, culture, and technology.

At the site of Lijia Phase II Industrial Park Project, we can see that the workers are stepping up construction and the construction site is in order. According to the person in charge of the project, there are 4 buildings in the project, of which 3 are factory buildings and 1 is staff dormitory building. At present, the construction progress is ideal, and the roof is about to be sealed. It is expected that the final decoration work can be completed by the end of this year, and it can be delivered for use at the beginning of next year.

Ma Songmian, assistant chairman of Dongguan Lijia Environmental Protection Packaging and Printing Industrial Park, said, "The industry of Lijia started from packaging and printing, but it is not just packaging and printing. Phase I of Lijia Park has gathered more than 20 upstream and downstream enterprises in the packaging and printing industry. At the same time, we are also actively exploring the path of transformation and upgrading, including cultural heritage, education, intelligent applications, etc. around the packaging and printing industry. With the construction of Phase II of Lijia, we look forward to attracting more high-quality talents and innovative companies, and gathering resources from all sides We will make a deep integration of packaging, environmental protection, culture, education, innovation and intelligence, and build a strong industrial development complex. "

Lijia Environmental Protection Packaging and Printing Industrial Park was established in Qiaotou, Dongguan in 2013 and listed as a major project of Dongguan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government in 2014. The Phase I Park, less than 100 meters from the bridgehead exit of Guanzhou Panzhihua Expressway, covers a total area of 250000 square meters. There are not only 100000 square meters of automatic production base and 60000 square meters of business incubation base in the Park, but also Lijia Packaging and Printing Museum, Apple Tree · Maker Space, Bay Area 3D Science and Technology Innovation Experimental base, 3D Culture and Art Corridor, Lijia STEAM Research base and Dongzhi Lijia Packaging Industry College; At the same time, the park also combines modern creative design and cultural integration to build an industrial tourism operation ecological characteristic brand of "considerable (landscape), playable (participation), learnable (knowledge), purchasable (shopping), leisure (leisure)" around printing and packaging.

Lijia Phase II Industrial Park is located directly opposite the Phase I Industrial Park, with a total floor area of 74000 square meters. It mainly attracts investment from upstream and downstream enterprises in the environmental packaging and printing industry, research and development centers, enterprise headquarters, emerging industries, high-tech enterprises, etc. At the same time, the park also plans to introduce a new generation of high-tech enterprises such as electronic information, new materials and new energy to create development opportunities and windows for enterprise transformation and upgrading and industrial transfer.

Ma Songmian said that Qiaotou Town, as a famous environmental protection packaging town in China, has a high-quality industrial cluster atmosphere. Lijia has been deeply involved in the packaging and printing industry for more than 50 years, and can not do without the nourishment of this soil. The government of Qiaotou Town is particularly efficient in responding to the demands of enterprises, creating a good business environment for the development of enterprises; At the same time, Qiaotou Town is also a place with a lot of cultural heritage. It is the source of Dongshen Water Supply Project. It has such cultural carriers as the Lotus Festival, the national "intangible cultural heritage" Mojiaquan, and the 800 year old Jinglian Ancient Village. In addition, in terms of development planning, the planning of "one river, one road, four parks" in Qiaotou Town coincides with the development of Lijia. In addition, the opening of the expressway intersection has greatly facilitated the communication between Lijia and its surrounding customer groups, helping the enterprise develop at a "high speed".

"The competition of enterprises, in the final analysis, is the competition of talents. In order to specifically solve the plight of the shortage of technical talents in the packaging and printing industry, Lijia Packaging Industrial Park will establish the first packaging oriented industrial academy in China - Dongzhi Lijia Packaging Industrial College in 2021 through the town school enterprise tripartite alliance, hoping to explore a way to solve the demand for technical talents in Qiaotou Town, Dongguan City and even the entire printing and packaging industry Diameter. " Ma Songmian said.

It is reported that at present, Dongzhi Lijia Packaging Industry College has been established for one year, and has recruited nearly 100 students. Through the combination of teaching, internship and employment in the field of packaging design, students can achieve "seamless connection" from "apprentice" to "employee" status. At present, more than 20 outstanding graduates have successfully stayed in the park or other enterprises in Qiaotou to work. Next, Dongzhi Lijia Packaging Industry College will continue to expand its professional settings, attract outstanding students from other majors around the country, and make every effort to build the college into a platform that can cultivate technical talents and also output technical talents, taking packaging and printing as the starting point.

In addition, with the opening of Guanzhou Panzhihua Expressway, both Lijia and the entire East Taihu Lake Industrial Park have more attractive and competitive traffic conditions than before; In addition, in response to Dongguan's call of "being a talent, coming to Dongguan", Qiaotou also vigorously implements the talent empowerment plan. In terms of attracting talents, it focuses on children's education, medical security, talent's secure living, individual income tax subsidies, urban quality and other aspects. Through urban renewal, the core launch area of East Taihu Lake is expected to release 1.1 million square meters of high-quality living space and 660000 square meters of high-quality industrial development space, Make every effort to build a demonstration area of "industry city integration" suitable for living and working.
