News:How can traditional industries seize the new opportunities brought about by the adjustment of the global industrial structure, open up new fields, and win new tracks? Longgang has made great effortsthe printingindustry chain, and launched a plan to reshape the traditional pillar industries. In 2022, Longgang's new material industry will achieve a total output value of more than 20 billion yuan, accounting for about one-third of the city's total industrial output value, and has become the number one leading industry in Longgang.

From meal tickets in the 1980s to various handbags and desk calendars, Longgang , the " Printing City of China", is well-known throughout the country. However, due to homogeneous competition, the involution was serious and the growth was sluggish. "This is an environmentally friendly blue polyester film with a domestic market share of more than 50%." Picking up a film as thin as a cicada's wing, Yi Yongdong, deputy general manager of Zhejiang Qiangmeng Industrial Co., Ltd., showed it to reporters. The predecessor of Qiangmeng Industrial was four traditional printing companies in Longgang, and now it has transformed into a leader in the field of new materials. Due to the leading technology, the blue polyester film is called "Qiangmeng Blue" in the industry. It is used for mobile phone protection and has functions such as light protection, heat insulation, and penetration prevention.

The development of Qiangmeng Industry has not been smooth sailing. "Nearly 100 million yuan has been spent on purification equipment, and millions of yuan have to be invested once to improve the formula." Yi Yongdong said that the company was in trouble because of the investment regardless of the cost, and the product has not yet opened the market. After learning of this situation, the local government of Longgang provided a "financial service package" and an average annual technical improvement subsidy of more than 7 million yuan, which relieved the urgent need.

In order to expand the new material industry, Longgang has made all-round tilts in terms of capital, technology, talents, land and other elements. The relevant person in charge of the Longgang Economic Development Bureau said that on the one hand, the government acted as a matchmaker, attracting innovative enterprises and expert teams. ; On the other hand, guide the transformation of chain owners, take the lead in attacking technology and grabbing the market. Chengde Technology, a printing and packaging company, established its own new material company, focusing on the research and development of a single recyclable material in line with the future development direction, achieving an annual output value of nearly 100 million yuan.

Since the beginning of this year, in Longgang New City, the 300-acre Wenzhou High-tech Zone Longgang Branch Park has been put into operation one after another, and more than half of the enterprises focus on the production of recyclable and biodegradable materials. The pure chitosan fiber produced by Jiayuan Biology, a settled company, is a biological fiber material extracted from crab shells and other substances. It has excellent antibacterial and degradable properties and can be widely used in aerospace, medical treatment, clothing fabrics, etc. field. And its parent company is an enterprise that produces printing and packaging supplies such as "stickers".
