The import and export of China's printed circuit industry as a whole presents a trade surplus situation, and the scale of the trade surplus has been expanding in recent years. In the first 11 months of 2022, China's printed circuit trade surplus reached 8.312 billion US dollars.
From 2014 to 2021, the overall import scale of China's printed circuit boards showed a slight upward trend. In 2021, the import scale reached 53.1 billion pieces, a year-on-year increase of 14.19%. In the first 11 months of 2022, China imported 33 billion printed circuit boards, and it is expected that the annual import volume will drop sharply. From the perspective of import value, the import value of my country's printed circuit board industry in 2014-2021 showed a fluctuating trend of first falling and then rising. In 2021, China's printed circuit board imports will total US$12.279 billion, a year-on-year increase of 12.91%. In the first 11 months of 2022, the import value will reach 9.981 billion US dollars, a year-on-year decrease, but the import unit price has increased. From 2014 to 2021, the export scale of China's printed circuit boards showed an overall upward trend. In 2021, the export scale reached 48.1 billion pieces, a year-on-year increase of 32.51%. In the first 11 months of 2022, China's printed circuit board exports were 40.5 billion pieces, and the export volume is expected to decline slightly. From the perspective of export value, the export value of my country's printed circuit board industry basically shows an expanding trend from 2014 to 2021. In 2021, China's printed circuit board exports will total US$20.8 billion, a year-on-year increase of 37.97%. In the first 11 months of 2022, the export value will reach 18.293 billion US dollars, and the scale of export value is at a high level.
