In August this year, Sichuan's high-temperature power was limited, and most industrial enterprises let power for the people and stopped production. At present, the epidemic prevention and control situation in Chengdu is extremely complex and grim. Under multiple pressures, Sichuan Petrochemical Yashi Paper Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yashi paper") under Sinopec Sichuan sales is facing great challenges in production line operation and market anti epidemic supply guarantee.
"We should strictly implement the epidemic prevention and control measures in Chengdu, conscientiously implement the relevant requirements of the work guide for stable production and closed-loop production of industrial enterprises responding to the epidemic, start the emergency plan for epidemic supply and production, implement the closed-loop production mode for all employees to accelerate production, and do our best to support the overall situation of epidemic resistance in Chengdu and even the whole country." Said Huang Jiuchang, chairman of Sinopec Sichuan sales company.
Yashi paper, a non oil business of Sinopec Sichuan Sales Company, is a key material support enterprise in Sichuan Province. Its household paper and disinfection products are not only important living materials but also essential supplies for epidemic prevention. The products are sold to the national market and exported to more than 30 countries and regions.
"Since the beginning of this year, there have been continuous outbreaks of epidemic diseases in many places in China. Our household paper and disinfection products are the most commonly used anti epidemic materials, and the production task is very heavy. In August, the high-temperature power limitation in Sichuan was just ended, and the most serious outbreak of the epidemic suddenly broke out in Chengdu. The pressure on order delivery is very great!" Zhou Xiang, general manager of Yashi paper, said that if the company stopped production again, it would have an impact on the supply of epidemic prevention materials and the lives of the people.
In the face of the test of the raging epidemic, Yashi paper moved quickly. From September 1, it started the epidemic prevention emergency plan, formulated the closed-loop production work plan, and implemented the "closed-loop management" of epidemic prevention on the whole line. All employees switched to the closed-loop mode on the spot that night. Party members and cadres took the lead. Meeting rooms, offices, exhibition halls and other places were paved on the ground to achieve seamless connection between office and life. Dormitories with better living conditions and offices with air conditioning were reserved for front-line production employees to rest. All employees implemented "two points and one line" in workshops and dormitories. Canteen staff delivered meals to each employee
Under the unified arrangement of Xinjin District, Chengdu, the medical staff of Xinjin maternal and child health hospital gave full support to Yashi paper. From September 1 to 5, the medical staff carried out on-site nucleic acid testing in the factory, testing in batches every day, to ensure the closed management of employees. In addition, the enterprise also carries out careful inspection on the logistical support such as accommodation, dining and rest of employees, purchases sufficient production and living materials in advance, overhauls air conditioning and water heater equipment, and makes every effort to ensure the safety, health and life of employees.
Up to now, Yashi paper has 52 production lines in three workshops operating day and night, 420 employees working in shifts 24 hours a day, and has accelerated production with an unprecedented daily capacity of 500 tons, striving to recover the shortfall caused by high-temperature shutdown and epidemic reduction and ensure the supply of the national market.
As the epidemic control measures in Chengdu were further strengthened, the company urgently coordinated with China Post to be responsible for logistics transportation, opened up epidemic prevention checkpoints and logistics channels in various provinces, and ensured that priority was given to the timely delivery of household paper to Guizhou, Liaoning, Heilongjiang and other provinces and cities where the epidemic was more serious. Since August, the company has sent 400000 pieces of household paper to all parts of the country to help all parts of the country win the battle of epidemic prevention and control.
It is reported that since the outbreak of COVID-19 in January 2020, Yashi paper has successively produced disinfection products and household paper, rushed to Wuhan, Shanghai and other places to fight the epidemic, supported Singapore, Hong Kong and other countries and regions to fight the epidemic, and donated more than 4 million yuan of anti epidemic materials.
