Small rules for daily maintenance of weighing instruments

2023-05-29 16:32180

1. Anticorrosion of weighing instruments: corrosive substances cannot penetrate into the instrument, otherwise it will corrode the components on the circuit board and the circuit board itself. Over time, the instrument may be scrapped. Even if it is an instrument with anti-corrosion function, if it is not tightly sealed, it will have the same result.
2. Sun protection: Avoid direct sunlight on the black casing of the meter, otherwise it may cause damage to the working environment of the meter beyond the rated temperature range.
3. Anti-vibration: When the instrument is transported, put it in the original packing box, or take appropriate anti-vibration measures.
4. Lightning protection for weighing instruments: Electronic weighing instruments are weak current systems, which are easily damaged by lightning strikes. Lightning enters the instrument mainly from two aspects: from the power line and from the weighing platform through the signal cable. In normal weather, the operator only needs to operate the power switch, but in the case of a close-range lightning strike, unplug the power plug of the instrument and the signal cable plug of the weighing platform. Take lightning protection measures, such as adding an anti-surge protector to the instrument power circuit.
5. The weighing instrument is waterproof: under normal circumstances, although the humidity of the working environment of the instrument can reach 95%, it is stipulated that condensation should not occur. Except for special stainless steel shell instruments with waterproof function.
6. Anti-strong electricity: The live wire of the power supply above 220 volts is accidentally connected to the weighing platform or the weighing platform is used as the ground wire, and welding operations on the weighing platform may damage the instrument.
