Diesel engine fuel injection valve components are oil-free and rust-proof

2023-05-29 16:33190

The engine injector is a precision device with extremely high machining accuracy, which requires a large dynamic flow range, strong anti-clogging and anti-pollution capabilities, and good atomization performance. The engine fuel injector is mainly composed of fuel injector body, pressure spring and valve assembly, among which the fuel injection valve assembly is used to open and close, and the fuel injection pressure is as high as 100MPa or more during operation. The valve assembly is the core part of the fuel injector. To ensure continuous and stable operation in a high-heat and high-pressure environment, T2 or tungsten-molybdenum series high-speed steel is mostly used as the material.

The valve assembly is composed of a slide valve and a cone valve. The processing technology of the two is different. The slide valve is mainly cut and polished. The cone valve has three more processes of reaming, shrinkage, and throttling tube. Multi-step processing leads to an increase in the time the product is exposed to air during processing, and a proportional increase in the risk of corrosion. The cleaned product cannot remove the rust residue caused by the previous processing, so the finished product after packaging has a certain probability of rust caused by the superposition of processes.

Plano provides a complete set of anti-rust solutions for valve components, achieving full coverage of anti-rust from processing to packaging. During the cleaning phase, Brando exclusively uses DEGREEZ cleaning agent and PAS water-based rust inhibitor. R-type anti-rust paper and M3 anti-rust bag are used in the packaging stage, which can provide 360°* azimuth protection for the valve assembly.

Regarding the rust prevention solution for diesel fuel injectors, through close cooperation with a fuel system Co., Ltd. Developing an anti-rust solution can significantly reduce the problem of product corrosion during production and transportation, and greatly reduce losses for manufacturers.
