In 2009, Kunming Plastic Fifth Factory Packaging Company faced bankruptcy due to poor management. Li Fuxin acquired it and established Kunming Xinjiao Color Printing and Packaging Co., Ltd. in the same year, focusing on the creative design of flexible packaging products such as food packaging, agricultural fertilizer packaging, and veterinary medicine packaging .
