2. Plate: the printing plate of corrugated box mainly includes flexo, Su Jiao plate, screen plate, etc., especially flexo and plastic plate are widely used. Flexo is made of malleable and soft raw materials. It has the characteristics of soft material, high printing resistance, clear graphics and text, and poor destruction of corrugated boxes. Compared with flexo, offset plate has higher hardness and lower printing resistance, but it has a very high market share in the conventional paper box industry due to its low cost, convenient manual production or machine engraving. Therefore, after receiving the order information printed matter, appropriate plates should be used in combination with the actual situation.
3. Guide strip offset plate strip or film cut elastic strip plays a very important role in printing, especially in some small-sized prints with small printing area. The length of the guide strip should be equal to or more than the total width of the cardboard. The guide strip should be pasted on both sides of the printing plate and printed outside the burr of the cardboard. It can make the cardboard operate in the printing process and prevent problems such as inaccurate overprinting and forbidden printing.
