As the economic growth slows down and the labor cost increases day by day, many enterprises are complaining that life is not easy, and so is the printing industry. For this reason, the government and relevant departments have continuously introduced policies and measures to alleviate the development pressure of enterprises to a certain extent. Have printing enterprises paid attention to these preferential policies?
The preferential tax policies of the government were further extended
On August 19, Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council held an executive meeting of the State Council. It was decided at the meeting that from October 1, 2015 to the end of 2017, the scope of small and micro enterprises that are subject to enterprise income tax by half will be expanded from the annual taxable income of less than 200000 yuan (including 200000 yuan) to less than 300000 yuan (including 300000 yuan).
The executive meeting of the State Council proposed that the implementation period of the preferential policy of exemption from value-added tax and business tax for small and micro enterprises, individual industrial and commercial households and other individuals with monthly sales of 20000 to 30000 yuan should be extended from the end of this year to the end of 2017.
Make good use of waste paper resources to enjoy new deal discounts
The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of taxation have successively issued three documents, namely, the notice on the value-added tax policy for new wall materials, the notice on the value-added tax policy for wind power generation, and the notice on printing and distributing the value-added tax preferential catalogue of products and services for comprehensive utilization of resources, which have integrated and adjusted the value-added tax preferential policies for products and services for comprehensive utilization of resources and will come into effect on July 1 this year. After these policies are formally implemented, enterprises that can reasonably and effectively use waste paper will benefit the most, but one precondition is that there must be environmental protection related grades to meet the standards.
Value added tax rebate preference makes the paper industry smile
A few days ago, the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued the notice on the catalogue of value-added tax preferences for products and services for comprehensive utilization of resources. The notice clearly stipulates that waste paper, crops and other solid waste resources are included in the catalogue of value-added tax rebate preferences. The paper industry is looking forward to the long-awaited favorable policies, and the introduction of the national policies is undoubtedly a shot in the arm for the paper enterprises.
The state has issued a series of preferential policies to seek benefits for the industry. In today's meagre profits and increasing competitive pressure, the development of the industry is subject to many constraints. With the strong support of the state and government departments, it is the right way to effectively promote the development of enterprises.
