News:The annual 2023 Beijing International Tea Industry Exhibition, Beijing Maliandao International Tea Culture Exhibition, Shaoxing Tea Culture Festival (Shaoxing Tea Expo) (referred to as "two exhibitions and one festival") will be held in Beijing from June 9 to 12 held. This year's "Two Exhibitions and One Festival" returned to offline again, making tea companies that have participated in the exhibition for many years deeply feel the changes in the industry. Not only the brand image has been improved, but the scale of the company has also been expanded.

In this exhibition, the group participation of production areas can be described as a highlight. The local government in the production area organizes and leads local enterprises to participate in the exhibition collectively, which is becoming more and more common in the tea industry. Working together to build a brand has become an important step for the production area to go global.

A reporter from the Beijing News also saw that roll-up banners were placed in prominent positions at the exhibition to promote new policies and regulations on "resisting excessive tea packaging". Exhibitors said that not excessive packaging makes tea more "green" and has a positive effect on the development of the tea industry.

This year's "Two Exhibitions and One Festival" in the tea industry has 806 transactions

As a relatively large-scale exhibition in the tea industry, this year's "two exhibitions and one festival" transaction projects (including intended transactions) reached 806, an increase of 2.8% compared with 2020. The total turnover, including electronic and intentional transactions, was 665 million yuan. Among them, the on-site transaction amount of the Beijing Exhibition Hall reached 73.79 million yuan, and the online transaction amount reached 38.76 million yuan.

The 2023 "Two Exhibitions and One Festival" coincides with the 10th anniversary of its holding. According to the organizer, this year there will also be a special 10th anniversary limited event such as the "Ten Years of Tea, Tea Drinking Fashion" ticket gift event, tea tasting and reading club. At the same time, the Xicheng District Government of Beijing invited the 10 guest cities of tea-producing areas that co-hosted the event to visit Xicheng to enhance understanding and deepen cooperation.

In the Beijing Exhibition Hall, Zhuyeqing, Pinpinxiang, Dayi Tea and other brands displayed their respective brand characteristics. Zhuyeqing has participated in the exhibition for 10 consecutive years. A related person told the reporter of Beijing News that Zhuyeqing has increasingly felt the beauty of the combination of tradition and modernity, tea industry and humanities presented at the Beijing International Tea Industry Exhibition every year.

"Mengchang" from Yunnan, which specializes in making Pu'er tea, participated in the "Two Exhibitions and One Festival" for the second time. Liu Guangming, Director of the Product R&D Department of "Mengchang", introduced to the reporter of the Beijing News that he participated in the "Two Exhibitions and One Festival" for the first time in 2020. In the past three years, the brand height, industry recognition, product categories, and enterprise scale have significantly improved. "Many people came to the booth again and found that our theme is more vivid, and the booth area is larger than last time, which shows that we are more confident."

It is understood that since 2012, the China Tea Distribution Association and the People's Government of Xicheng District of Beijing have jointly organized "two exhibitions and one festival" with local governments such as Pu'er, Lu'an, Xinyang, Lincang, Huangshan, Zunyi, Wuzhou, Xianyang and Yiyang. . Over the past ten years, more than 2,800 participating brand companies have accumulated, the number of visitors has exceeded 800,000, the cumulative number of transaction projects has exceeded 7,000, and the cumulative turnover of intentions has exceeded 5.8 billion yuan.
