1.2 This project does not divide the bidding package.
1.3 The project sets a maximum bidding price limit: bidders can quote a maximum price of 7.90 yuan/book including tax. Bidders whose bidding price is higher than the highest bidding limit price will be rejected.

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
