On January 16, 2016, in response to an application submitted by Pakistani domestic manufacturer Bulleh Shah Packaging (Pvt.) Limited, the National Tariff Committee of Pakistan issued an order for uncoated writing paper originating in or imported from China, Brazil, Indonesia, Japan and Thailand. And printing paper launched an anti-dumping investigation. On March 30, 2018, Pakistan made the final anti-dumping ruling on the products involved in the above five countries and formally imposed anti-dumping duties. Among them, 21.90% for China, 42.80% for Brazil, 10.62%-20.66% for Indonesia, 50.39% for Japan, and 50.39% for Thailand. 14.25%.
