In order to ensure that the printing press can operate normally after the holiday and avoid or reduce the occurrence of failures, please operate according to the following requirements before shutting down for holidays and after returning to work after the holidays:
First, what should be done before the Spring Festival holiday:
1. Check the low-speed running status of the printing press and record the reading of the ammeter on the main electrical cabinet as a reference standard to determine whether the printing press is in normal condition when the machine is restarted after the holiday.
2. First wash off the ink on the water roller and ink roller, and then remove all the ink rollers on the unit to avoid damage to the rubber roller due to long-term extrusion and deformation. And check the bearings at both ends, use sludge removal paste to maintain the rubber roller, use copper rubbing water to maintain the copper roller, and rub the printing plate protective glue on the water roller and water bucket roller. Please follow the previous operating instructions for specific usage.
3. After cleaning the ink fountain, ink fountain key and ink fountain roller, apply a layer of lubricating oil for maintenance to prevent rust.
4. Remove all the rubber cloth, gasket and PS plate, and apply a little lubricating oil on the surface of the rubber roller, impression roller and roller pillow for maintenance to prevent rust. If the plate cylinder is not equipped with a plate film, it is also necessary to apply a little lubricating oil on the surface of the plate cylinder and the roller pillow for anti-rust treatment. If the plate plate is installed and the installation time has exceeded 3 months, please Remove the film from the bottom of the cannon and clean the plate roller with alcohol. If it is less than 3 months old, please wipe the film clean with a dry cloth (the roller pillow also needs to be evenly smeared with a little lubricant for anti-rust treatment).
5. Remove all the roller pillow brushes from each color group, soak them in a lubricating oil bucket, and then install them again when you go to work after the holidays.
6. Drain the water from the water tank and bucket and clean the bucket grooves of each color group. In addition, put the PH test probe into the protective solution to prevent it from drying out (it is strictly prohibited to put the PH test probe into pure water).
7. Clean, scrub and refuel the delivery chain and tooth row.
8. Clean the gripper teeth and tooth pads of the paper transfer roller and impression roller, and add oil and maintenance to the lubricating part.
9. Clean all the filters of the machine. If they have a service life of more than one year, they must be replaced, and add oil to all lubrication parts of the machine.
10. In order to protect and extend the life of the printing press, it is recommended to replace the main engine lubricating oil and filter, and pay attention to the model and origin of the lubricating oil to avoid adding the wrong oil or using fake oil.
11. If the machine is equipped with water roller cooling equipment and the ambient temperature may be lower than 0°C, please add antifreeze to the cooling water or simply drain the cooling water to prevent the water pipes and related equipment from freezing and cracking (the oil cooler does not need to be cooled down) Oil).
12. Turn off the power supply of the main unit and the tap water switch of the water tank, drain out the air and water in the air compressor, and also discharge the air from the air control device in the main unit.
13. Clean the surface of the machine and the surrounding environment. It is best to cover the machine with paper.
14. Do a good job in preventing rats. Put some smelly pills (mothballs) in the electrical box, bottom of the machine and other places; it is strictly forbidden to eat or place food in the printing workshop; install two ultrasonic electric cats next to each machine and turn them on 24 hours a day; customers who use WEKO powder spraying machines, please use The PS version protects the powder funnel in the duster to avoid damage by rats. (This is the key point!)
