Eleven common faults and troubleshooting methods for gravure oil circuits!

 The gravure oil circuit plays an important role, and its troubleshooting has more practical value. The ideal working condition of the oil circuit is: sufficient and stable oil supply, and ensuring that all parts that need lubrication are in normal working condition. Let’s analyze the general methods for troubleshooting oil circuit problems.

  1. The oil separation valve is not working properly.

  (1) If the inside of the oil separation valve is clogged, remove it and clean it again;

  (2) If the oil volume at each oil separation point of the oil separation valve is adjusted appropriately, use the weight adjustment oil volume control screw;

  (3) If there is oil leakage at the oil pipes at both ends of the oil separation valve, reinstall it.

  2. Oil leakage from oil return tank

  Its troubleshooting is the same as the fuel supply tank

  3. The oil return pipe II is not smooth

  (1) If the oil return pipe II is clogged, clean it again;

  (2) The position of oil return pipe II is too high and reinstall it.

  4. Warm oil in oil supply tank

  (1) The fuel supply tank is not properly sealed and re-sealed;

  (2) The oil level is too high. Do not add oil while the machine is running. Remove excess oil.

  5. The front filter cannot pass oil.

  (1) If the filter is clogged, clean it and reinstall it;

  (2) The filter is not placed in the oil tank. Measures should be taken to ensure that the filter is always under the oil surface.

  6. Do not add oil to the oil system

  (1) The gap between the teeth in the oil pump is too large. Remove and reinstall or replace relevant parts;

  (2) The gap at both ends of the oil pump is too large. Remove and reinstall or replace relevant parts;

  (3) The gear inside the pump does not rotate and the key connecting the gear and the shaft is not installed;

  (4) If there is oil leakage at the oil pipe joints at both ends of the oil pump, reinstall it.

  7. Oil eyes are blocked

  (1) Clean the oil eye if it is clogged;

  (2) If there is oil leakage at the oil eye and oil pipe joint, reinstall it.

  8. The oil return pipe I is not smooth

  (1) The oil return eye is not opened and the oil return eye is reopened;

  (2) If the oil return eye is clogged, clean the oil return eye.

  9. Oil supply pipe II is blocked.

  (1) The position of the oil supply pipe II is not adjusted relative to the position of the oil eye to make it fit correctly;

  (2) Other faults of oil supply pipe II are the same as those of oil supply pipe I.

  10. The rear filter cannot pass oil.

  (1) If there is dirt on the filter surface, clean it and reinstall it;

  (2) If the oil circuit inside the filter is not smooth, remove it and reinstall it.

  11. Oil supply pipe I is blocked.

  (1) Replace the oil supply pipe with the inner tower plug of oil supply pipe I;

  (2) If the oil supply pipe I is hard-broken, replace the oil supply pipe;

  (3) If there is oil leakage at the joint, reinstall it.
