How do workers protect their rights and interests?
If the wages paid by the employer to workers are lower than the local minimum wage, workers have the right to report and complain to the human resources and social security departments.
If a dispute arises between a worker and an employer over the implementation of the minimum wage standard, it can be resolved through negotiation; if the negotiation fails, the dispute can be submitted to a labor dispute arbitration institution with jurisdiction in accordance with the law in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law of the People's Republic of China. Apply for arbitration; if you are not satisfied with the arbitration result, you can file a lawsuit in the local people's court.
