Since the beginning of this year, the rapid development of electronic information manufacturing, Internet business, software business and other industries has promoted the continuous expansion of the scale of my country's digital economy and accelerated the process of industrial digitization.
Relying on digital twin technology, in this factory in Hunan, booms as large as 72 meters and screws as small as 2 mm are all automatically assembled by robots, and the production capacity of pump trucks has increased by 123%.
At present, there are more than 14,000 "5G + Industrial Internet" projects in my country, forming 20 typical scenarios in ten major industries. The Industrial Internet has achieved full coverage of all major industrial categories, and the installed capacity of industrial robots accounts for more than 50% of the world's total.
While the process of industrial digitization continues to accelerate, the scale of digital industrialization also continues to grow. Data show that in the first three quarters of this year, the sales revenue of my country’s core digital economy industries increased by 7.7% year-on-year.
Xie Jiagui, chief engineer of the Institute of Industrial Internet and Internet of Things of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology: In the future, the development of the digital economy will pay more attention to technological innovation, industrial upgrading, infrastructure construction, policy support and international cooperation to achieve higher quality economic growth and accelerate the formation of the Internet of Things. Or new productivity.
In the next step, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will promote industrial enterprises above designated size and specialized small and medium-sized enterprises to take the lead in completing digital transformation, and strive to build about 200 high-standard digital parks by 2027.
