With the success of the first field trial UGDF180 Additive is an environmentally safe bio-degradable water soluble lubricant, designed to reduce torque & drag, and lower the potential of bottom-hole assembly balling in all water-based muds under extreme pressure conditions.

UGDF180 Additive is a nontoxic, bio-degradable torque reducer from the specialized blend of food grade additive. It imparts extreme pressure Lubricating Properties to the drilling fluids and prevents wall sticking.
It is formulated for graphene-based drilling fluids aiding in minimizing torque drag, differential sticking tendencies, and shale inhibition. It is used in graphene-based mud systems for the extreme alkaline condition with non-foaming properties.
It is effective in Graphene tube enhanced product that provides superior lubricity and thermal stability to the water-based drilling fluids. without disturbing any properties. It readily emulsifies drilling into the mud systems and reduces torque and drag of the drill string to improvement in drilling performance and bits' life span had reduced operator's operational time and cost.
Keep out of the reach of children. Keep container tightly closed and dry.
Shelf-life is two (2) year in an unopened container.
The material must be handled as an Industrial chemical, wearing protective equipment and observing the precautions as mentioned in the MSDS.
