Product Description

UGDC033SSCDSV is a Graphene Conductive ink (10e2-10e3ohms/square) developed for excellent adhesion on ABS, PC, PC+ABS, PET, Acrylic, PVC and air-dry paint part.

Addition of hardener (UG-002H) at 10/1 ratio by weight recommended if printed on 2 component paint or paint painted metal substrate.

Applicable with manual, semi-automatic and high-speed screen-printing equipment.

Remark

i. Stir well before use

ii. To do trial print before production run to confirm that the product conformed to requirements.

iii. This product is free of ozone depleting substances.

KEY APPLICATION

Light flexible plastic electronics, printed sensor, bio sensor, films in electronics that include electrodes for RFID, thin film, heating film photovoltaics, energy storage etc.,

STORAGE AND HANDLING

Product should be stored between 25-30°C. UGDC033SSCDSV should not be exposed to temperatures above 40°C.

Keep container closed and store in a cool dry well-ventilated place and non smoking area. Do not store in open or near an open flame, sources of heat or sources of ignition. Protect material from direct sunlight. Do not re-use empty containers without cleaning

Clean up of UGDC033SSCDSV can be achieved with UG-002H

DRYING

UGDC033SSCDSV can be cured with infrared or forced-air dryers. Curing times will change depending on the particular dryers used and run speed so users should experiment to determine the appropriate settings for their specific dryer, run speed, and substrate.

PRODUCT SHELF-LIFE

Shelf-life is one (1) year in an unopened container.

These inks are intended for industrial use by trained personnel. It is important for workers to avoid overexposure to chemicals contained in these products. Read the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and product labels before using the products. Keep product container closed when not in use to prevent spilling hazard
