PRY-1300K Dry Method Laminating Machine
Features
◆Germany Siemens PLC control system realizes one-button start and stop of the whole machine,and the operation is efficient and convenient.Under the premise of setting various operating parameters,the operator only needs to press the “Start” button,the oven fan and heating are automatically turned on,the pneumatic pressure rollers of the gluing and lamination mechanism are automatically pressed,and the pneumatic glue smoothing system (optional device) starts to work,the whole machine is steadily accelerated according to the preset tension.When the operator presses the “Stop” button,the whole machine starts to decelerate steadily.When the machine stops running,the glue,lamination and smoothing roller are automatically lifted off the working position,the heating and fan of drying oven are automatically turned off.
◆Germany Siemens PLC control system can realize unattended operation of the machine. Five-section automatic tension control;the first unwinder and the second unwinder are equipped with photoelectric web guide system;the oven exit is installed with ultrasonic web guide system;each unwinder can realize automatic alarm,deceleration and automatically stop when materials are run out,and the rewinder can also be set to automatic alarm,
deceleration,and automatically stop when reach the preset meters or diameters.
◆The whole machine control system uses programmable control,adopts PLC control system, Taiwan Weinview HMI touch screen.Application of field bus network realizes the full auto control of the production process.PLC is in charge of the data input and pre-processing for the machine tension and speed etc. and also is responsible for the control and output of the whole machine control logic.The speed synchronization and tension of the three parts of glue coating,lamination and rewinding are equipped with full-digital AC vector frequency conversion control system (frequency control motor + Japan Yaskawa inverter) and automatic tension control,reaching the advanced level of similar equipment in China.
◆The machine is composed by unwinder,glue coating,drying oven,second unwinder,
laminating unit,rewinder,controller and auxiliary device etc.
◆Glue spreading unit is made up of anilox roller (mesh roller),pressure roller,horizontal scraping blade,glue circulation device etc.It is driven by frequency conversion motor and controlled by AC variable frequency.
◆The drying oven is heated in sections,automatic temperature control and the air volume can be adjusted according to the process requirements.The guide rollers inside the oven are actively synchronized and the transmission structure is all belts.The drying oven can be
pneumatically opened,and a handrail with stairway is installed at the side of drying oven for guiding the film through the oven.
◆The Laminating unit consists of an inner heating laminating roller set and a high-quality rubber pressure roller that is resistant to high temperature and corrosion.The laminating roller is driven by variable frequency speed control motor and controlled by the AC frequency converter (automatic detection and display of the working process tension).

6.Drying oven with LPG hot air connector:

◆The oven is pneumatically opened
and closed by cylinder;Each section of oven can be opened separately;the joint closure is
sealed by silica gel.
◆The inner of oven is installed with hot air circulatory system;the heat can be recycled and save energy.
