Product Application

This is a machine with both slitting function and rotary die cutting function, and it comes with turret rewinding, which is suitable for small diameter rolls. It is suitable for blank labels, and the process of rotary die cutting and slitting can be done in one time. The machine with functions of auto meter/piece counting, auto stop and photocell sensor for web-guiding as well. It is featured with compact size, fast speed, high efficiency, steady performance, and is easy to operate.

Main Features

a) With 1pc 3 inches unwinding shaft, auto inflation air shaft.

b) With meter/piece counter.

c) With two photocell sensor.

d) With 8 sets rotary blades.

e) With one 25N. M magnetic brake, one 50N.M magnetic clutch.

f) Machine has blower to blow away the trimmed sides.
