1.Using Philips UVA Lamp and professional electronic ballast to ensure the optimum performance of UVA Lamp 2.Exposure unit built-in strong heat radiate system, users can add option cooled bed platform. 3.High-quality professional abrasive vacuum suction foil, strong penetration, good air conduction effect 4.fast vacuum speed, making plate and film more seamless, and UVA reaches plate surface more evenly. 5.The brush is made of high quality nylon brush bristles with good elasticity. The high density brush bristles enhances cleanliness, improves the efficiency of plate washing, reduces the time of plate stay in solvent, and protects high definition network and dots. 6.Machine built-in water circulation system, filtration, intelligent heating constant temperature 7.Self-adhesive photopolymer plate is installed on the washboard 8.Philips UVC lamp is adopted in light finisher unit with barrier protection. The front panel and both sides are ventilated by shutters.
