　　(1) Strengthen technological innovation in the field of packaging. Promote the widespread use of industrial design in the upstream and downstream links of the packaging production field, and promote packaging companies to provide overall packaging solutions with reasonable design, material saving, convenient recycling, and economical applicability. Urge commercial and trade distribution enterprises to prohibit or reduce the use of non-degradable plastic products and disposable plastic products as required. Excessive packaging in the provision of high-end customized gifts by hotels and restaurants, as well as excessive packaging of products in the name of cultural and creative products, shall be strictly investigated and dealt with according to law. Comprehensively consolidate the main responsibility of the city's e-commerce platforms, urge them to strengthen the review and check of the main qualifications of operators on the platform and product information, actively cooperate with supervision and law enforcement, and deal with online sales products suspected of excessive packaging in accordance with laws and regulations. Unblock the channels for consumer complaints, and expose negative cases to the society in a timely manner.
