  The latest statistics show that in the first five months, my country's high-tech manufacturing investment increased by 12.8% year-on-year, 8.8 percentage points higher than the total fixed asset investment, which strongly supported the smooth operation of the Chinese economy.

  The high-end, intelligent and green manufacturing industry continues to deepen. The large domestic aircraft was successfully put into commercial operation, and the manned spaceship Shenzhou 16 was launched successfully. In the first five months, the added value of the above-scale aerospace and equipment manufacturing industry and the added value of the smart vehicle equipment manufacturing industry increased by 25.9% and 33% respectively year-on-year.

  While the industry is moving towards high-end, the leading role of intelligence continues to increase. With the widespread application of information technology, big data, and artificial intelligence, my country's digital economy has developed rapidly. From January to May, the output of industrial control computers and system products increased by 33.4%.

  At the same time, green transformation is also intensified. In the first five months, the output of new energy vehicles, solar cells, and charging piles increased by 37%, 53.6%, and 57.7% year-on-year, respectively. In May, the export value of the "three new" products represented by lithium batteries, solar batteries, and electric passenger vehicles increased by more than 50% year-on-year, and new economic growth points are being formed.

  With the upgrading and development of industries, the role of mid-to-high-end industries in driving the economy has been further strengthened. In May, the equipment manufacturing industry contributed more than 70% to the growth of all industries above designated size. Today, the rapid growth of high-tech manufacturing has laid a solid foundation for building a modern industrial system and promoting high-quality development.
