  In the PMI in November, the production index was 50.7%, remaining above the critical point for 6 consecutive months. The added value of manufacturing enterprises above designated size increased by 6.7% year-on-year that month, 1.6 percentage points faster than the previous month. Judging from the development expectations of the companies themselves, the production and operation activity expectation index of manufacturing companies is 55.8%, which has been in a relatively high prosperity range for five consecutive months.

  Enterprises have strong momentum for transformation and upgrading. In November, the high-tech manufacturing PMI index was 51.2%, an increase of 2 percentage points from last month. The equipment manufacturing PMI was 51.6%, an increase of 0.9 percentage points from last month.

  Judging from the breakdown of industrial data for the month, the added value of the high-tech manufacturing industry increased by 6.2% year-on-year, and the added value of the equipment manufacturing industry increased by 9.8%. The growth rates were 4.4 and 3.6 percentage points faster than last month respectively. In addition, industrial enterprises above designated size have achieved year-on-year profit growth for three consecutive months, and the recovery, transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry are relatively obvious.
